I had huge, well decorated room with a balcony view of the garden area, a king size bed and a congratulatory note, had good night's sleep. Coffee/tea making machines and a fridge were a huge plus.

Very pleasant experience there. Well-maintained and recently renovated hotel, excellent restaurant. What a service-oriented and professional staff. Nicely decorated rooms with comfortable beds, good value. Good food for dinner and breakfast. Excellent services, the private parking was available on-site. Lobby bar and clean pool.

For a 4 star hotel everything was wonderful, I liked to be here. My king room had central heating, a private safe and pay TV. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was excellent. Location: the venue was just next door to so many tourist spots to visit, and places to eat at as well as downtown, the RiverWalk and major freeways. Went to Alamo Street Eat Bar for drink or two, set just a short stroll away from the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. They even told me about the peacocks in the courtyard, which was such a unique and exciting feature. The courtyard itself was absolutely beautiful, and I was able to get up close and personal with one of the peacocks. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the garden. The pool was clean and refreshing, and towels were readily available. The staff were always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
I highly recommend this hotel.
